These established salvia plants are grown from cuttings and are roughly 3 months old. These plants would make an ideal house plant, or can be planted outside during the summer months. If planted outside, make sure they come back inside when the temperature starts to drop in the autumn, as they will not survive a ground frost. The salvia plant tends to populate river banks, so it will require the soil to be moist to touch at all times.
Water 2 to 3 times a week making sure the soil stays moist.
These plants will be shipped unpotted with the roots wrapped in moist tissue. They will require potting on arrival, otherwise the roots will dry and the plant will die within a very short space of time.
